Matrix Events** is an online platform dedicated to promoting events in nightclubs and other venues. Through the Website, tickets for both in-house and third-party events are offered for sale, with the option to purchase online and receive digital tickets.

4. Terms of Ticket Sales

1. Availability: All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Matrix Events reserves the right to cancel a purchase if the event is canceled or if there is an error in the sales process.

4. Refunds and Cancellations: Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or postponed by the organizer, in which case a refund or the option to change the ticket for another date will be offered.

7. Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Once the ticket has been purchased through this Website, as it pertains to an entertainment event with a specific execution date, under Article 103 l) of the L.G.D.C.U., it will not be changed nor will the amount be refunded, except in cases of cancellation, substantial modification, or suspension of the event, which have not been caused by force majeure. In the case of event cancellation, the organizer may choose to establish a new date for the event, in which case the same ticket will be valid. Refunds, in case of cancellation, must be requested from the event organizer, and it is the organizer’s obligation to process it as soon as possible, through the procedure deemed appropriate. Adverse weather conditions that do not prevent the event from taking place do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
